Juuichi Hirachi is Hikaru Hirachi's husband. He is an NPC who goes on his own quest mostly outside of the RP to rescue his wife.

Juuichi goes on a long quest, and eventually joins Hikaru's kidnapper and Ozymandias Gaines on a rescue mission. Together, they save the survivors of the Ultimate Luxury Cruise's killing game.
