Dr. Lily Cecidimus, MD is a confident, rather prideful, but classy doctor. Easily identifiable by her impulsive, sharp tongue; rather smug way of carrying herself; and firm backbone, she is no pushover. She would not hesitate to speak up for a friend and talk their oppressor down in the same breath. Lily has a love for liquor and banter, and she'll even tease those she stands up for, though she never means it in a derogatory manner.
Personality
Smug and optimistic.
Physical Appearance
Lily's designs stay relatively similar to each other between games. She is typically depicted as a slender, lithe, feminine woman; with long, fluffy, white hair and emerald green eyes. While she has a more professional work outfit that includes dress pants, a flower-print blouse, and a lab coat, all of her appearances in games as of KG13-2 are more revealing and/or casual.
Her Nightmares: A Small Hamlet appearance included a white and pink stargazer lily nestled in her hair; a green, strapless, lily-print dress with fur lining around the chest; a pair of baby blue gloves; and a pair of similarly baby blue women's dress shoes.
Her Killing Game 10: Redux outfit was a far more dressy, purple ball gown, styled like a flower, with green ribbons and a fur boa around the neck.
Relationships
Though Lily is shown to be more socially capable than her object of affection, she doesn't have many connections in games besides Evie and Lily's own family.
Evie Renelle
Evie and Lily are star-crossed lovers in the games they appear in. They are shown to have known each other for a long time, around nine years, before Lily's death. They met in medical school, during Evie's first year and Lily's second. Lily was definitely interested in Evie at first, even inviting Evie to a nearby cafe after showing the other student a peek of her own breasts. Though, over time, she became more open about being charmed by the other's lovably peculiar mannerisms. They often flirt and willingly participate in both romantic and sexual activities together during games, as well as defend the other if trouble arises. Their love is deep, displayed via them defending each other, at the risk of their own life, in multiple perilous situations.
Nightmares: A Small Hamlet
In Nightmares: A Small Hamlet, Lily resurrects from the dead thanks to Nightmare's powers, finally being able to reunite with Evie after two years. From the very first scene of them reuniting, Evie and Lily already exchange flirtatious or loving comments, despite not being in a proper relationship.
Later in the game, Evie massages Lily, which gets overtly sexual by the end. However, guilt over being a member of the Moon Children causes Lily to flee from Evie right after. She leaves a letter where she states that she has reciprocated Evie's feelings for 'a long time'. Given that she had just resurrected, this means Lily had been in love with Evie for years before her death in 2027.
Right before the battle with Orsat, Evie manages to convince Lily to drop the cult, promising to get her out and assuring she wouldn't see Lily any different, even if Lily killed someone. Lily leaves the cult and joins up with Evie's group to flee from the Moon Children.
Once Nightmare releases his hold on the villagers of Caelkirk, Lily becomes comatose like the rest of the townsfolk, as all of them were originally dead before the events of Nightmares: A Small Hamlet. Though, Lily's death had different circumstances than the rest, as she died long before Orsat razed the town and townsfolk with fire and poisoned waters.
Killing Game 10: Redux
Before the events of Killing Game 10: Redux, Evie and Lily had settled down in Caelkirk like the rest of the surviving visitors and townsfolk. The townsfolk who survived the ordeal and went comatose were awoken in the alternate good ending to Nightmares: A Small Hamlet, but all within Caelkirk were unable to leave due to the disconnected timeline. The two got married and eventually passed on from old age, but resurrect back into the timelines again, starting from the second day of Evie's visit to Caelkirk, though is was definitely different than Evie remembered. Evie keeps her memories, but Lily loses her own. Evie would need to court Lily once more, but is fearful to tell Lily about their life together.
During the Veruses' game, Mel Velrus refers to Lily as "the subject of [Evie's] passions and lusts". When holding Evie's hand, he's able to exercise his ability to find Lily, which implies she reciprocates those feelings. He also informs Evie that Lily regained her memories.
In Evie's epilogue, it's implied that Evie is to propose to her lover again, this time on the trip back to Caelkirk or when they arrive at Caelkirk. Evie voices her desire to stop by a jeweler, most likely for a ring to use as a marriage proposal.
Killing Game 13-2: One Chance
As Lily is still comatose after the events of Nightmares: A Small Hamlet's true ending, she isn't conscious in her interactions with Evie.
Jerry and Sharon Cecidimus
The two have never appeared in a games, as they died in the same crash Lily did and weren't reanimated by nightmare, thus not much is known of them outside of out of game information. However, implied by Lily never bringing up the topic, and confirmed in the out of game documents, Lily bitterly detests her parents. She views them as controlling, forceful, and myopic, as they were against her choice of degree and major.
Geoffrey King
Lily's thoughts on Geoffrey are rather vague and not touched on in games. Depending on who plays her and what the circumstances are, her feelings on Geoffrey are different. Under Desert, she seems to actually not trust or even like Geoffrey much. While never really spoken of during Nightmares: A Small Hamlet, in Killing Game 10:Redux, upon Geoffrey's appearance as Archibald, she stood apprehensively by Evie's side and retorted that she "Never liked [Geoffrey] anyway". This goes unexplained.
Under Phantom, however, she's rather fond of him, sees him as a trustworthy friend, and seems to love a good chat over some delicious wine. This depiction has not made it to a game as of yet.
Game Statistics and Mechanics
As Lily has never appeared as a player character and only appeared as an NPC, she has no statistics or mechanics.
