Character History

In the middle of 2032, due to a sudden string of disappearances in the federal U.S. government, a special election was called for 2033 to replace the executive branch. While mainstream political parties scrambled over themselves to prepare a candidate, an independent rose to the challenge to declare himself- Preston Mills. While he had no previous public presence or political background whatsoever, he was quickly able to garner the support and endorsement of several public figures, including some political figures in Washington and in several state capitols. He began to chug his way through the election, and besides some vague conspiracy theories that popped up he was quickly able to take the country by storm. He was a smooth talker, a charmer, and he seemed to already be known to most in Washington. When the election time came, he won an overwhelming majority of votes and quickly took office, making his primary mission to destroy the Wings of Latitude.
