Sad Otters Wiki is a wiki dedicated to all things Sad Otters, aiming to fully catalog everything to do with the group. Sad Otters Wiki runs on MediaWiki 1.42.3, allowing anyone to sign up for an account and freely contribute any information they may have on Sad Otters: simply log in and click the "Edit" link on any article you wish to contribute to.

History
Sad Otters Wiki was created by Lord Thantus on May 7, 2017. First hosted on Fandom, it initially enjoyed a flurry of activity, but edits suddenly ceased on May 11 for a three-year silence.
Hibernation ended on January 5, 2020, when Bokkun uploaded nine files and edited two pages. In those three years, with so many people coming and going, the history of Sad Otters became nearly impossible to digest for any newcomer. A wiki was needed more than ever, but due to concerns over Fandom, most notably its licensing, Fafnir bought the domain sadotters.com and installed MediaWiki on its subdomain wiki.sadotters.net.
Milestones
- May 7, 2017: Sad Otters Wiki is founded by Lord Thantus at sadotters.wikia.com.
- February 18, 2020: Sad Otters Wiki makes the move from Fandom to Mediawiki under the new url wiki.sadotters.com.
- February 25, 2020: all pages from the Fandom domain were imported, finishing the move from the Fandom domain.
- June 9, 2020: the "Timeless" default MediaWiki skin is customized with a fitting color scheme.
